At Apex Hobby Lounge, we believe the excitement of opening a mystery repack should be supported by transparency, consistency, and integrity.

Our repack program is designed around the following manufacturing and quality-control standards:

Private & Controlled Packaging

Our goal is to prepare each repack series in a controlled, restricted-access packaging environment. Card selection, inventory documentation, pack assembly, and sealing procedures are designed to protect product integrity and prevent unauthorized access or interference.

Inventory Documentation & Verification

Each series is designed to have a documented inventory identifying its individual cards, quantities, conditions, and relevant identifying characteristics. Published checklists will provide collectors with accurate information about the contents of each finalized series.

Tamper-Evident Packaging

Apex repacks are designed for professionally sealed, tamper-evident packaging. Our objective is to ensure that each completed pack has a consistent, secure presentation and that interference with the package can be identified.

Series Integrity

Before a series is released, its contents and total production quantity will be finalized and documented. Once finalized, individual items and production quantities will not be changed.

1. Tamper-Evident Sealing: Explain how each pack is securely sealed, inspected, and protected against unauthorized access. Only describe the actual sealing methods you'll use.

2. Inventory Tracking & Accountability: Explain how cards are inventoried, documented, assigned to a series, and reconciled against the finished pack count.

3. Randomization & Seller Independence: Explain how packs are assembled and distributed without allowing sellers or breakers to know individual pack contents. This is especially important to document because Leyla is your designated packager.

4. Product Identification & Public Checklists: Explain that every series will have a unique name, production quantity, identifying information, and a publicly accessible finalized checklist.

At Apex Hobby Lounge, we believe transparency, fairness, and product integrity are essential to the sports card collecting experience.

Dedicated Packaging Facility

Apex Hobby Lounge has established a dedicated facility specifically designed for the preparation, assembly, and secure packaging of our premium sports card repacks.

Our packaging operations are structured to maintain a controlled environment and protect the integrity of each product.

Independent Packaging Personnel

Our designated packager, Leyla Gaines, is responsible for the independent preparation and packaging of our repack products.

Leyla does not participate in card breaks, operate as a repack reseller, or engage in selling activities on Whatnot or TikTok. She is not involved in the online breaking or gaming community.

This operational separation is intended to promote fairness, prevent conflicts of interest, and protect the confidentiality of product contents.

Confidential Product Contents

Individual pack contents are kept confidential throughout the packaging process.

Only authorized packaging personnel have access to the cards during pack assembly. Sellers, breakers, and purchasers are not provided advance knowledge of which cards are contained in individual sealed packs.

Inventory Documentation & Series Checklists

Each repack series will be supported by a documented inventory and product checklist.

Before release, each series will have its total production quantity and individual items finalized. Applicable card details will be recorded, and the required series checklist will be made publicly accessible.

Packaging Integrity & Quality Control

Our packaging procedures are designed to maintain confidentiality, ensure accurate inventory documentation, and protect finished products from unauthorized interference.
